Takuya Yamada has over 30 years experience in real estate investment management. Mr. Yamada has been at the helm of leading acquisition activities for over JPY 1.3 trillion over the past 16 years including a J-REIT foundation. Prior to joining IDERA, he joined AIG Global Real Estate Japan (“AIG”) and after Invesco Global Real Estate (“Invesco”) acquisition of AIG, he had served as Managing Director, Head of Japan and Asia Pacific at Invesco. He started his career in real estate investment advisory at Sumitomo Trust Bank, now Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank where he spent 5 years in Sydney and 3 years in New York providing financing to overseas projects. He has LLM from Cornell Law School.
Kazunori Hayamizu has over 24 years experience in real estate investment management. Mr. Hayamizu has achieved more than JPY 200 billion of acquisition and JPY 110 billion of disposition. Prior to joining IDERA, he had led the real estate acquisition of J-Will Partners as Head of Real Estate Investment. Prior to that, he spent 12 years contributing to real estate investment of Cargill Investments Japan (“Cargill”), which was later renamed to CarVal Investors (“CarVal”). During Cargill/CarVal, he was promoted to Managing Director and had led acquisition of real estate of more than JPY150 billion. He started his career at Tokyo Tatemono and engaged in real estate brokerage, development, investment and research for 8 years in total including secondment period to Marubeni H.K. He holds MBA from Aoyama Gakuin University.
Harumi Kadono has over 15 years of experiences in real estate investment and finance. Ms. Kadono oversees all of IDERA's fund management activities, including investment strategy development, capital raising and investor reporting. She joined APJ in 2009 and contributed to the firm's growth by executing multiple recapitalization transactions while providing fund management services to a wide range of international investors. Prior to joining APJ, she spent 4 years at GIC Real Estate and led a project to form and manage a real estate fund investing in properties including Class S office buildings in central Tokyo and retail development projects. Prior to that, she held various positions at GE Real Estate, including in the asset management team and the mezzanine debt team where she executed and serviced multiple non-recourse loans.
Taku Terado is the Head of Asset Management Department and since joining IDERA in 2009, he has been in charge of asset management for over 50 buildings with a total AUM of JPY 160 billion. Mr. Terado has over 26 years of experience in real estate business as well as over 13 years of experience in asset management. Prior to joining IDERA, he spent 3 years at a subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation where he successfully disposed 80 buildings of JPY 90 billion. Prior to that, he was in charge of sales at major condominium developer “Nomura Real Estate Development” for 13 years. He received a BA in law from Chuo University.
Danwen Zhao joined IDERA in September 2017. She started her career at Morgan Stanley as company controller, and later as Real Estate fund controller. During her 11 years with MS, she had various fund administration roles including Financial Reporting, Cash Management and Portfolio Management. After that she worked as head of Real Estate fund service for State Street Global Markets. During the past 3 years with State Street, she set up and expanded the fund administration outsourcing service in Japan. She also worked as Relationship Manager and oversaw Asia fund operation service for key clients. She has a Bachelor's Degree of Economics from Kyoto University.
Hiroshi Hiratsuka has 20-year experience in finance and real estate business. Mr. Hiratsuka sits the position since 2018 and oversees corporate planning, corporate finance risk management IT general affairs and so on. Since 2015 he has been concerned in set-up of MIRAI Corp which is the J-REIT jointly held by Mitsui Co. and has achieved its listing in 2016 as a board member of the J-REIT management company. He has joined IDERA in 2007 when the company was listed on TSE Mothers as MK Capital and has consistently engaged in such business including dealing with TSE and authorities IR equity finance M&A corporate secretary and so on. Prior to that he engaged in various corporate finance at ORIX and a VC. He received a BA in sociology in Hitotsubashi University.
