Mr. Yamada joined Fosun in 2015. Prior to joining IDERA, Mr. Yamada formerly served in the Sydney Branch and New York Branch of Sumitomo Trust and Banking Co (Now is Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited), and joined Japan Branch of AIG global real estate and became a Representative Director in Japan. After Invesco acquired AIG, he was appointed as Managing Director of Invesco Global Real Estate, in charge of property acquisition and asset management in Japan and Asia Pacific markets. Mr. Yamada has over 30 years' experience in real estate investment and asset management. During the past 17 years, he has played a leadership role in asset acquisitions valued at more than JPY 1.3 trillion, including REIT IPO in Japan. Mr. Yamada graduated from Cornell University in US with Master of studies in Law.
Seiji Takeuchi Joined IDERA in 2007. He has more than 20 years’ experiences in real estate and banking industry. He oversees sourcing, due diligence, loan procurement, documentation and execution of acquisition department. He has undertaken about JPY400 billion of transactions across variety or sectors including residential, offices, hotels and retail properties. Prior to IDERA, Mr. Takeuchi spent 9 years in Mizuho Bank and was involved in project finance as well as acting as account manager for corporate lending. He has a BA in law from Waseda University.
Harumi Kadono has over 15 years of experiences in real estate investment and finance. Ms. Kadono oversees all of IDERA's fund management activities, including investment strategy development, capital raising and investor reporting. She joined APJ in 2009 and contributed to the firm's growth by executing multiple recapitalization transactions while providing fund management services to a wide range of international investors. Prior to joining APJ, she spent 4 years at GIC Real Estate and led a project to form and manage a real estate fund investing in properties including Class S office buildings in central Tokyo and retail development projects. Prior to that, she held various positions at GE Real Estate, including in the asset management team and the mezzanine debt team where she executed and serviced multiple non-recourse loans.
Taku Terado is the Head of Asset Management Department and since joining IDERA in 2009. Mr. Terado has been in charge of asset management for over 50 buildings with a total AUM of JPY 160 billion. He has over about 30 years of experience in real estate business as well as over 16 years of experience in asset management. Prior to joining IDERA, he spent 3 years at a subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation where he successfully disposed 80 buildings of JPY 90 billion. Prior to that, he was in charge of sales at major condominium developer “Nomura Real Estate Development” for 13 years. He received a BA in law from Chuo University.
Danwen Zhao joined IDERA in September 2017. She started her career at Morgan Stanley as company controller, and later as Real Estate fund controller. During her 11 years with MS, she had various fund administration roles including Financial Reporting, Cash Management and Portfolio Management. After that she worked as head of Real Estate fund service for State Street Global Markets. During the past 3 years with State Street, she set up and expanded the fund administration outsourcing service in Japan. She also worked as Relationship Manager and oversaw Asia fund operation service for key clients. She has a BA’ in Economics from Kyoto University.
Tetsuya Hashiramoto has over about 20 years of experience in real estate business and has completed acquisition with a total of JPY 150 billion. He was also in charge of asset management for over 70 buildings and has succeeded in disposition with a total of JPY 125 billion. Prior to joining IDERA, He spent 7 years as Executive director and Head of Asset Management at Ishin Hotels Group and works for 3 years at Himori Hashiramoto & Co. Ltd. and total 6 years at Capital Advisers and Uni-Asia Finance Corporation specializing in property development, asset management and research. Mr Hashiramoto has a BA in Literature and MBA from Keio University.
